From preschoolers to celebrities, those willing to brave the big hill congregated with their wacky carts, gravity presided and the sun did shine on the thousands watching. Sharon Shostak caught action footage of the thrills and spills from the annual Billy Cart Derby at Bangalow on the weekend.
